Located on the banks of the Potomac River in Loundon County, this renovated historical bank barn at New River Farm is host to receptions, parties and festivities for a private family and their special guests. Originally built in the late 1800’s, Blackburn Architects preserved much of the structure but reclad it in SIPs panels and new board and batten skin. The existing corn crib was converted into a sundeck with views of the horse farm to the west. The east facade was replaced with floor to ceiling glass giving panoramic views of the Potomac from the main floor and loft.
